Funraise

Funraise

Challenge

From donations to daily operations, Funraise is a Sass tech, CRM platform for nonprofit operations.

The company needed to build, scale, and maintain an enterprise-level SaaS marketing site that could serve multiple departments and audiences. The goals were to build upon the brand in web design and marketing/sales materials, to inform visual brand and tone updates in product, market features and thought leadership, highlight user journeys, and increase website traffic and sales.

Approach

Migrating and scaling the platform

We began by migrating the company website to Webflow CMS to create a flexible, maintainable platform. This gave multiple departments the ability to manage content and updates efficiently and ensured the site could grow alongside marketing and product initiatives.

Mapping the user journey and sales funnel

We worked closely with stakeholders across departments to map user journeys and sales funnels. This helped us identify key touch-points for messaging, calls-to-action, and content placement, making sure the site was not just visually appealing but truly built for the people using it.

Designing scalable templates and content hubs

We created scalable templates for marketing assets and campaigns, ensuring future content could be produced quickly, consistently and without sacrificing quality. We also built information hubs for original content, from blog posts to product guides to position the company as a thought leader in the industry.

Optimizing for performance

Finally, we focused on performance. We ran SEO and A/B tests and created assets designed to boost search visibility. Unique designs and supporting imagery were crafted to clearly communicate product features while reinforcing the brand visually and enhancing user understanding.

“Our website was run on an older, less intuitive platform. Now that we've moved to a more streamlined and professional CMS, not only is our front end user experience far more streamlined, we also have saved time and headache in updating our site as well as gaining the ability to test and experiment and pivot quickly.”
“We needed a solid, sustainable website and CMS solution to allow our growing marketing team to easily contribute to the site, but also needed to ensure that content was structured and consistent with our brand.”
